The More the Merrier – Group Sessions

February 15, 2017 Artona 0 Comments

We know your special moment is one you want to capture for years to come. Whether it’s a milestone celebration or your high school or university graduation, it’s important to immortalize the memories of your achievements. That’s why we welcome group photo sessions when booked ahead of time.

If you are booking your graduation portrait session, this automatically includes either one friendship shot (with you and one or two of your closest friends) or one family shot (with you and two of your immediate family members).  But if you want more people, more friends, more family (maybe even Fido – they are part of the family after all), then you should book a separate group session in addition to your graduation portrait session.

Group sessions allow you to bring up to 14 additional people in the group – this way your whole team or extended network of friends and family can be captured in the moment. Our mobile studio and on-location individual shoots cannot fit more than three people, so please check your school site for separate grad group photo days.  Please call us directly to organize group sessions with more than 15 people.

Timing is everything

Because this is a busy time of year for graduation portraits and school photos, our schedules are packed to the brim with appointments just like yours. It’s important to note that with your graduation portrait individual session, there is only time for one friendship or family pose.  The rest of the session is all about you and your remaining 15 poses.  We’ll work with you to make sure you get the best outcome and that you’ll love your commemorative photos. That’s why, if you do want to take more than one pose, we kindly request that you book an additional group session.

Group sessions usually include four or more people. For $15 per person, you’ll receive one digital image, and for $20 per person, you’ll receive four digital images. Not too bad ‘o deal if you ask us.

So gather your friends and family, pick a date and time, and make a day of capturing this special time together.
